About the role
As a Registered Nurse at Aminya Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to live well, feel valued and experience genuine connection. In this casual position, you will provide high quality clinical care, respond to changing health needs and guide your care team with confidence and professionalism.
You will work across a variety of shifts, and to be successful in this role you must have availability to work night duty when required. Your calm presence and clinical expertise will help ensure our residents receive exceptional care at all times.

About you
You are a compassionate and confident clinician who leads with empathy and professionalism. You bring strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to person‑centred care.
To be considered, you will have:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
• Experience leading or supervising care teams
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act
• Strong assessment, documentation and clinical decision‑making skills
• The ability to work within scope, prioritise effectively and respond calmly to change
• Availability to work night duty shifts as part of your casual roster
