About the Role
You will be part of a team that works collaboratively to deliver high‑quality support to our clients. You’ll engage positively in all interactions, responding promptly and reliably to enquiries and assisting clients with routine needs when required. With a strong focus on your administration responsibilities, you will contribute to efficient, consistent service delivery across the division while helping ensure clients feel well supported.

About You
Required qualifications and experience: 

• Strong background in office administration with exceptional organisational capability
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high‑quality customer service
• Demonstrated numeracy skills, including experience in banking reconciliations, processing accounts payable, receivable and payment documentation.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively
• Capacity to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Competence in MS Word, Excel and Outlook with strong general computer literacy
