About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate and confident casual Registered Nurses to join our team at Cooinda Court, Macquarie Park. In this role, you’ll deliver clinical care that protects dignity, supports wellbeing and builds trust with residents and their families. You’ll respond to changes in health, communicate clearly and compassionately, and lead your team with steadiness and professionalism.
You’ll assess, plan and evaluate care needs, supervise carers and ENs, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely. You’ll also help resolve concerns, guide decision‑making and contribute to a safe, supportive environment for both residents and staff.
These casual positions will be required to cover staff leave from September to November, weekday AM and PM availability is essential.

About You
You’re a calm, capable and caring RN who leads with integrity and communicates with clarity. You’ll also have:

Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
-
Current AHPRA registration
-
Experience in clinical leadership and team supervision
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024 and AN‑ACC
-
Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work within scope
-
