About the role:
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Engagement Centre Advisor to join our Customer Engagement team.
As a trusted first point of contact for prospective BaptistCare customers, you will respond to enquiries, provide information about our services, and support customers, families and referrers through their decision-making journey. You will build strong relationships, manage follow-up activities, maintain accurate customer records, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About you:
- A Certificate III, degree or equivalent qualification in administration, or relevant experience within customer service, administration, aged care or community services
- Proven customer service skills and the ability to communicate with empathy, warmth and professionalism
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Sound administrative, organisational and time-management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- The ability to learn and work effectively across multiple systems and databases
- Flexibility to work a 7.6-hour rostered shift between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
Desirable:
- Previous contact centre experience
- Knowledge or experience within aged care or community services
- At least three years’ experience in a customer service or similar role
- An understanding of the Australian aged care sector
