About the Role:
Working closely with the Manager Residential Care, this role supports the daily operations of the facility through a wide range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include front desk reception, managing resident admissions and discharges, processing accounts, purchasing, and maintaining records.
You will also prepare and manage staff rosters, support recruitment, maintain employee files, and liaise with internal teams such as People & Culture and Payroll. The role ensures compliance with relevant policies and contributes to continuous quality improvement within a supportive and values-driven environment.
About You:
You bring demonstrated experience in rostering and scheduling using comprehensive electronic systems, with a preference for Kronos. Your strong time management, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills enable you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.
You’re confident using a variety of IT applications and work independently with a high level of responsibility and initiative. You also understand how to interpret Awards and Agreements and apply them in your rostering practices. Calm under pressure, you manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of work.

Weekend shifts every Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM
