Your Impact as the TMO Business Partner

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the engine room of coordination, clarity, and cohesion across our transformation agenda. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, TMO and partner with leaders across the organisation to ensure our major programs run smoothly, strategically, and successfully. You will:
• Drive visibility of transformation activities and strategic priorities
• Support governance, planning, insights, and decision making
• Coordinate operating rhythms, workshops, forums, and reporting
• Build strong cross functional relationships
• Maintain high quality information flow and program alignment
• Help integrate transformation into business-as-usual operations.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, loves enabling others to succeed, and enjoys being the calm, structured centre in a fast-moving environment!

What You’ll Bring

We’re searching for a confident professional with:

• 5+ years’ experience in project management, PMO coordination, or transformation support
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A strategic mind that thinks ahead and sees the connections
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar
• A passion for collaboration, continuous improvement, and purposeful work
• A commitment to occasional travel including inter-state 
• Experience in aged care, health, community services, or not-for-profit sectors desirable
• A genuine alignment with BaptistCare mission and values.
