You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or management related disciplines
• A strong track record designing and delivering complex, cloud based, mission critical solutions
• Experience supporting business acquisitions and mergers
• Exposure to application upgrades, replacements and business transformations
• Strong knowledge of on premise, cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, iPaaS) and hybrid architectures
• Experience with TOGAF, ZACHMAN or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
• Background in consulting and/or pre sales environments
• Proven vendor engagement and partnership experience
• Solid application security architecture and design capability
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• The ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organisational levels
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and coaching capability
• A flexible mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new environments and changing priorities
• An understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
Desirable experience:
