Monday: 9am - 4.30pm
Tuesday: 9am - 4pm
Wednesday: 9am - 3.30pm
Thursday: 9am - 3.30pm
About the Role
As a Therapy & Leisure Partner, you’ll work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful leisure, lifestyle and therapeutic activities for residents. Your role is all about promoting physical, emotional and social wellbeing through person‑centred engagement.
You’ll partner with residents to participate in activities that reflect their interests, abilities, cultural backgrounds and personal goals — from daily routines and outdoor time to therapy‑prescribed programs. Creativity, empathy and flexibility are key as you support residents to maintain independence, comfort and connection.

About You
You’re warm, patient and committed to supporting older people to live meaningful, connected lives. You bring creativity, empathy and a person‑centred approach to every interaction.
To be considered, you will have:

Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent), or progression towards it
-
Experience supporting people living with dementia
-
Current First Aid Certificate
-
Valid Driver’s Licence
-
Understanding of WHS practices and safe work procedures
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships

Confidence adapting activities to individual strengths, needs and preferences
