Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients? Join BaptistCare as a Senior Scheduler and play a key role in supporting the implementation of our new scheduling system across our Home Care division.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Scheduler, you will lead, train and support scheduling teams to ensure efficient and consistent rostering for our clients. Your strong scheduling skills and leadership will drive positive change and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to scheduling teams, fostering strong communication and relationships.
  • Supports schedulers across the Metro and Regional teams facilitating consistent and efficient rosters.
  • Assist in implementing streamlined scheduling processes and support change management initiatives.
  • Maintain exceptional customer experience by prioritising client-focused scheduling.
  • Backfill of scheduling needs/requirements across sites
  • On-call backfill as required

Skills, Attributes, Experience, and Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated strong scheduling and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience with client management and rostering systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel across WA to support sites.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Ortec/AlayaCare.
  • Background in community or aged care.
  • Understanding of system integrations and technology training.
