About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents to live well. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You’ll work within our MyTeam® model, partnering with a consistent group of residents to provide tailored care that honours their dignity and choices.

Being present matters — we’re looking for RNs who can regularly work at least 3 days a week to support continuity of care with our residents

About You

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent

• You have current AHPRA registration

• You have experience in clinical leadership and team collaboration

• You have a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

• You have excellent communication and emergency response skills

• You have great time management and organisational abilities
