About the Role:

Turn complexity into clarity. Shape the future of BaptistCare’s enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environment as we consolidate several GRC systems into one enterprise platform. This is a transformation role spanning the full lifecycle — discovery, future-state design, system selection, implementation, data migration, testing, and transition to BAU.

You will:

  • Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders from all parts of BaptistCare
  • Perform as-is/to-be process mapping, data flows, and use cases, while identifying opportunities for simplification and uplift.
  • Will ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards.
  • Develop clear functional and non-functional requirements and support platform evaluation and business case development.
  • Assist with implementation, workflow design, and data migration analysis.
  • Prepare Test Plans, UAT scenarios, support test execution,
  • Drive transition to BAU including enabling and undertaking change and training activities, and continuous improvement post-go-live.

About the Team:

The Information & Digital team empowers BaptistCare by delivering innovation, transformational projects, advanced analytics, seamless technology operations, and risk management. You’ll join a collaborative transformation team working closely with internal stakeholders and external specialists to deliver a practical, well-designed solution that strengthens governance and operational performance across BaptistCare.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis and business process design across the full transformation lifecycle.
  • Experience with complex system implementations, ideally involving governance, risk, compliance, feedback, complaints and incident workflows.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislative and governance requirements using human-centred design principles
  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirements definition, and documentation
  • Proven ability to plan, prepare, and manage end-to-end testing activities
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, contribute to training, and creating user-focused documentation to enable smooth adoption and transition to BAU
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including navigating multi-jurisdictional contexts. developing relationships across executives, business, our front line and external suppliers
  • Understanding of data migration principles and operational readiness considerations
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, collaborative, and being delivery-focused
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work

Desirable:

  • Bachelor degree in business, business analytics, information technology or a related field
  • Experience with healthcare or aged care systems
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, Human Capital Management systems and/or ERP platforms that the GRC system will integrate with
  • Experience with tools such as Visio, and Jira
