About the Role: 

As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in shaping first impressions and creating a warm, professional experience for visitors, staff, and partners. You will manage front of house services while providing administrative support to our Marketing & Communications team, helping ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. 

With your calm presence, strong organisation skills and customer focused approach, you will contribute to an environment that reflects BaptistCare’s purpose and values in every interaction. 

This is a part time 3 day a week role (Wed, Thurs, Fri) role based in our Norwest office with working hours 8.30am to 4.30pm.  

What you will be doing 

  • Welcoming visitors and managing front of house reception 
  • Handling phone, email, and general enquiries professionally 
  • Managing deliveries, mail, and meeting room coordination 
  • Supporting administration tasks including invoices and team processes 
  • Working collaboratively with the Marketing & Communications team 
  • Upholding WHS, confidentiality, and organisational policies

  • Experience in reception or office administration roles 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A genuine commitment to customer focused service 
  • High attention to detail and effective time management skills 
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and office systems 
  • An understanding of, and respect for, BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
