  • Oversee timelines, risks, and decision-making to keep projects on track and aligned with organisational and regulatory goals.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across all groups, scheduling workshops, meetings, and managing clear, consistent communications.
  • Prepare teams for change, drive adoption, and embed new ways of working.
  • Drive the deployment and rollout of the new clinical record system across 51 aged care homes, including technical implementation, change management, and staff training.
  • Lead cost analysis and integrate findings into broader project and platform decisions.
  • Maintain alignment across functions, reducing delays, fragmented processes, and risks of unsuitable solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives, clinical leaders, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong risk, issue, and timeline management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and budgets.
  • Experience managing vendors, external partners, and technical teams to deliver integrated health solutions.
  • Knowledge of clinical regulatory compliance, healthcare standards, and operational best practice.
