About the Role

If you’re passionate about helping older Australians live with dignity, purpose and joy, this role is for you. As a Therapy & Leisure Partner, you’ll work closely with our Lifestyle Coordinator, therapists and care team to deliver meaningful activities that support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

Your days will be filled with creativity, connection and purpose — from facilitating group activities and one‑on‑one engagement, to supporting therapy programs that help residents maintain their independence. You’ll build trusting relationships, encourage participation and help residents stay connected to the things that matter most in their lives.

This is a part‑time position based at Balladong Gardens in York, with a regular Monday shift of 9am - 3.30pm and opportunities to pick up additional casual hours.

Whether it’s planning meaningful activities, celebrating milestones or simply sharing a laugh with residents, our team brings heart to every moment.

  • A current First Aid Certificate
