Cooinda Court, located on the Macquarie Park campus, is a beautiful, aged care home designed with a people-first approach. Nestled among tranquil landscaped gardens and just a short stroll from local shops and transport, Cooinda Court offers peaceful retreat areas, barbecue facilities, and a recently renovated dining room serving freshly cooked, homely meals. Residents also enjoy cosy spaces like the library, piano, and sewing rooms—perfect for relaxing alone, with friends, or with family.
As a Lifestyle Officer, you’ll help create meaningful and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs. Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate each resident’s individuality.
With a well-designed activity program as your guide, you’ll tailor experiences to reflect each person’s unique interests and values—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered.
You’ll be supported every step of the way by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at Macquarie Park, working together to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.

You hold Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a related qualification, or you’re willing to attain one
You have relevant aged care experience in a similar role
You love being part of a team and enjoy interacting with older people
You’re confident using a computer and open to ongoing education
