As an IT Field Support Engineer, you'll provide face-to-face technical support across BaptistCare sites, ensuring staff have the technology and support they need to deliver exceptional care and services. You'll be a visible and trusted IT partner, working closely with users, leaders and specialist technology teams to resolve issues, support projects and improve the overall technology experience. 

About the Role

In this varied and mobile role, you will:

• Provide onsite IT support and service restoration across multiple locations.
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot end-user devices and site technology.
• Support technology upgrades, migrations, projects and site changes.
• Maintain accurate IT asset and configuration records.
• Identify recurring issues, risks and opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, Applications and Cyber Security teams.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support arrangements as required.

About You

You will bring:

• Minimum 3yrs experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or Field Engineer role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft technologies, devices and workplace systems.
• Experience working within IT service management practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel between BaptistCare locations.
• Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent experience.

Desirable

• Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL or other industry certifications.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments preferably within aged care or NFP sector.
• Exposure to project delivery, technology deployments or change initiatives.
