As our new Riverside Administrator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for residents, visitors, families and contractors while helping our beautiful retirement village run smoothly each day. 

About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, you will be the friendly face and trusted support person at Riverside Village, Salter Point, providing high quality administration, customer service and operational support to residents and the Retirement Living team. Riverside Village offers a peaceful riverside setting with established gardens, quality facilities and a strong sense of community, making it a wonderful place to work and support residents to live well. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Welcome and support new and existing residents 

  • Provide day to day administrative support to village operations 

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor access 

  • Assist with resident communications, newsletters and village correspondence 

  • Prepare documents and records accurately and efficiently 

  • Support property administration, resident accounts and financial processes 

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders 

  • Help create a warm, professional and customer focused village environment

About You: 

You are a people focused administrator who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. You take pride in being organised, proactive and approachable, and you genuinely enjoy making a difference in people's day to day lives. 

You will bring: 

• Previous experience in an administration or customer service role 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Excellent organisational and time management skills 

• Confidence using a range of computer systems and business applications 

• Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• A positive, collaborative and adaptable approach 

• A commitment to working in line with BaptistCare's values and mission 

• A current driver's licence
