About the role:

We are seeking a Clinical Systems Facilitator to join our Residential & Retirement Living Quality team. In this role, you will support the effective use of our clinical systems by delivering training, developing learning resources, and providing ongoing coaching and support to staff across our residential aged care homes

Working closely with the Clinical Systems Manager and become part of the Clinical System Team, you will help drive system adoption, build staff capability, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to quality and compliance outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining education, clinical knowledge and technology to enhance care delivery and user experience.

About you:

  • Formal qualifications in education, facilitation and/ or training, minimum Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Clinical knowledge with experience in aged care preferred
  • Experience with overseeing quality systems and undertaking auditing and continuous improvement programs
  • Demonstrated experience in education and training design/delivery online and face to face
  • Previous experience with using or supporting electronic clinical systems
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience across a range of modes of delivery
  • Strong computer/technical skills - ability to use various clinical systems, MS Excel, Word and Teams
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements for Residential Aged Care
  • A proactive, positive "can-do" attitude with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute positively to an existing high-performing team culture
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across BaptistCare sites, including interstate travel

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Aged Care, Nursing or a related discipline; RN or EN qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Experience developing clinical or systems-based training programs and resources
  • Knowledge of aged care legislation, standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement
