Why Join BaptistCare?

At BaptistCare, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We offer the opportunity to contribute to work that genuinely improves lives while being part of a purpose led organisation guided by our values of Inclusivity, Accountability, Compassion and Teamwork (IACT).

As Program Director, you will work alongside our Executive Leadership Team to deliver a transformation that will strengthen our ability to support communities for generations to come. You will lead the end to end program from strategy through to benefits realisation, ensuring successful delivery, strong governance, stakeholder alignment and sustainable business outcomes.  This position is a 24 month maximum term opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the end to end ERP transformation strategy, delivery and value realisation.

  • Establishing and overseeing program governance, budgeting, resource planning and reporting frameworks.

  • Coordinate design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through a complex, multi-year transformation.

  • Driving enterprise wide business transformation, process redesign and change leadership initiatives.

  • Providing executive oversight across technology delivery, data migration, integration and transition activities.

  • Building trusted relationships with executive leaders, implementation partners and key stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

About You

You are a highly accomplished transformation executive with a track record of leading complex enterprise programs from vision through to execution and benefits realisation. You bring a blend of strategic leadership, commercial acumen and operational excellence, coupled with an ability to unite diverse stakeholders behind a common goal.

You will bring:

  • Extensive experience leading large scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.

  • Deep expertise in governance, risk management, business process redesign and organisational change.

  • Experience managing large budgets, complex vendor relationships and multidisciplinary teams.

  • A strategic mindset balanced with a relentless focus on execution and outcomes.

  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to lead confidently through ambiguity and complexity.
