About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, experienced Claims & Collections Manager to unite our newly merged function and lead a small, geographically dispersed team. Your leadership will be crucial in driving process excellence and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding care to our communities.
This position is a permanent full time role and can be based at any of our state offices.
As Claims & Collections Manager, you will:

Take charge of the claims and collections strategy at a critical time for our organisation

Bring together and inspire a newly merged team, spread across multiple locations

Drive improvements in process efficiency, customer experience, and debt management

Drive standardisation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across customer collections and claiming

Collaborate with finance and operational teams to deliver sustainable improvements in customer debt and subsidy management

Oversee billing, receivables, and compliance with funding contracts and regulatory requirements

About You:
You’re an experienced leader (8+ years) in senior collections & claims roles within aged care, disability, or community health ,ready to step in and make an immediate impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate with confidence, and are passionate about continuous improvement and team empowerment. You bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
