About the role
As a Care Worker supporting clients in Bathurst and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes. You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
Must be willing to travel to Carcoar, Orange, Mandurama, Millthorpe & Lyndhurst.

Earn $32.86/hr (unqualified) - $34.59/hr (qualified) plus superannuation per hour + paid travel time and mileage between clients
To support our team with rising fuel costs, we’re offering a temporary mileage reimbursement rate of $1.04 per km, in addition to paid travel time.

What do we need from you?
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
