About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Care Partner to join our team at Balladong Gardens in York

This is a Permanent Part-time role, working Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts, 2:30pm – 10:00pm.

As a Residential Care Partner, you’ll provide person-centred care that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. You’ll support residents in meaningful everyday activities — from personal care and mobility to household tasks, leisure, and companionship — while working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A person-centred approach to care and support

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

• Teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to manage a busy workload

• Basic to intermediate IT skills

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or currently undertaking), or Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
