We’re looking for an Admin Officer to join our team at Aminya Centre in Baulkham Hills.
This is a permanent part-time role (36 hours per fortnight, 3 days per week) with flexible start times (9am–3pm or 8.30am–2.30pm), making it ideal for those seeking work-life balance.
You’ll be the friendly face and reliable organiser who keeps our home running smoothly. From welcoming visitors and supporting residents, to managing accounts, office systems, and resident administration, your work will make a real difference every day.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Support the Residential Manager with administration and office coordination
Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and resident trust accounts
Prepare documents, reports, and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with BaptistCare policies, aged care standards, and privacy requirements
To be successful, you are:
Experienced in administration and customer service, with a warm and respectful approach to residents, families, and colleagues
Organised and reliable, able to prioritise tasks to ensure timely and attentive support
Accurate with financial processes and record-keeping, applying care and integrity in all tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office to support communication and smooth operations
Compassionate communicator who listens with empathy and handles sensitive matters with discretion
Collaborative team member who also works independently with initiative, always keeping residents’ wellbeing at the centre
Prior experience in Aged Care (highly desirable)
