About the Role:

Located in the vibrant regional city of Dubbo, BaptistCare Kintyre Lodge is a welcoming, homely, aged care home, offering 81 single bedrooms. The Lodge, which is located next to BaptistCare Kintyre Retirement Village, offers 24-hour care and support to residents, catering to all needs and requirements - including residential respite. The home also features a specialised Memory Care Wing for residents living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.

As an Admin Officer/Coordinator, you’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative functions for aged care services.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $27.77 - $34.41/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

Duties may include:

• Client Administration
• Hosting tours of the facility
• Sales aspects for the facility
• General administrative duties as requested

About You:

• A team player attitude and enjoy interacting with elderly people
• Proven experience in office administration/clerical position and outstanding organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
