About the role

Kalkarni, our 43‑bed residential aged care home in Brookton, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll provide high‑quality, person‑centred care, working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess individual needs and support wellbeing, dignity and independence.

In this role, you will deliver direct clinical care, oversee clinical and allied health services, guide care staff, and support the Clinical Manager with evidence‑based practice, quality initiatives and compliance across the home. Shifts will be offered based on operational needs and your availability.

About you

You bring compassion, professionalism and a commitment to person‑centred care. You also have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in aged care assessment, service delivery and compliance

• Knowledge of AN‑ACC and Aged Care Quality Standards

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to plan, analyse and deliver care

• Empathy, respect and a customer‑focused approach

• Ability to lead, influence and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills

• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts as required
