As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the Murrumbidgee, Central West and Mid State teams. You will provide the highest quality customer service consistent with BaptistCare’s service scheduling principles. 

The role will be hybrid, working from home and with a minimum of 1 day per week working at a local home care office in either Parkes, Dubbo or Orange.

Working hours are 7.30am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday. 

What do we need from you?

• Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application
• Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
