What You’ll Do
• Lead and deliver high-impact transformation projects across service delivery, IT, People & Culture, and corporate services.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute transformation activities aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and drive measurable benefits.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Support change management, communication, and capability-building activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years’ experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on enterprise transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within aged care, health, community services, or not-for-profit sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, AgilePM, ITIL) are highly regarded.
• Genuine commitment to BaptistCare’s purpose, vision and values.
• Commitment to travel as, and when, required.
