About the Role

As a Therapy & Leisure Partner, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by delivering meaningful leisure, lifestyle, and therapy activities. Working under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator and alongside therapists, you’ll help residents maintain their independence, wellbeing, and joy.

This is more than just a job – it’s about creating moments of connection, supporting residents to engage in activities they love, and ensuring dignity and choice are at the heart of everything you do.

About You

You’re someone who brings energy, empathy, and creativity to your work. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent/progressing towards)

  • Previous experience in a lifestyle role within aged care or community services

  • Experience supporting people living with dementia

  • Current First Aid Certificate

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Knowledge of Work Health & Safety practices
