
About the role:
BaptistCare is seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our well-appointed 105-bed facility in Gwelup. With a strong focus on person-centered care, you will oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and compassionate services that exceed both regulatory and community standards.
This is a key leadership role where you will manage all aspects of care and support services, provide values-based leadership to a multidisciplinary team, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and service excellence while overseeing clinical governance, compliance, financial performance, and strategic planning to ensure that residents live meaningful, supported lives.
We are looking for a seasoned leader with extensive aged care experience, exceptional people management skills, and a solid understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation. Your ability to mentor and inspire a team, combined with your commitment to holistic, person-centered care, will be essential to your success in this role. About You:
Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field with extensive experience managing dynamic, complex services
Proven track record in leading high-performing teams with exceptional contemporary leadership skills
Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, regulatory compliance, Aged Care Quality Standards, and AN-ACC funding
Advanced clinical skills, financial acumen, and understanding of modern HR practices
