We have a fantastic new role that offers great flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home for most of the week. You will only need to be in the office one day a week, and you have the choice of working from our Goulburn, Elderslie or Canberra locations. This role is perfect for individuals who are looking for a better work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the Southern Highlands / Illawarra, and potentially South West Sydney and Canberra teams. You will provide the highest quality customer service consistent with BaptistCare’s service scheduling principles. 

Working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. 

What do we need from you?

  • Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application
  • Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
