Are you passionate about building relationships and driving sales? BaptistCare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This permanent full-time position is based in Wagga Wagga, with responsibilities extending to our site in Canberra. The successful candidate will lead our sales team, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery focusing on customer experience, and driving success through empathetic and compassionate interactions

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-standard sales appointments and village tours.
• Showcase accommodation and amenities through various mediums.
• Ensure prospective residents understand tenure and financial aspects.
• Travel interstate as required.
• Nurture warm and hot customers
• Collaborate with village teams, sales administration, sales hub, and marketing.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans.
• Maintain client information confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity.

About You:

• Proven experience in a sales management role preferably within the retirement living or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel between Wagga Wagga and Canberra.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable motor vehicle.
