This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence workplace relations strategy, partner with leaders nationally, and help create safe, respectful and inclusive workplaces where our people can do their best work. 

This is a permanent full time role and can be based from any of our National Shared Services Offices.   

Your impact : 

In this senior specialist role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and People & Culture  teams, providing expert workplace relations and industrial relations guidance across a national footprint. 

You will lead complex case management, support enterprise agreement interpretation, and work closely with unions, legal partners and senior stakeholders to achieve balanced, fair and compliant outcomes. 

You will also play a key role in shaping capability across the organisation, uplifting leaders’ understanding of workplace relations and contributing to strategies that proactively identify and manage industrial relations risk, and create consistent, people-first practices.

About you 

You are a confident and values driven Workplace Relations professional who thrives in complex environments and builds trust quickly. 

You bring strong expertise in Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, along with proven experience managing high-risk and sensitive employee relations matters end-to-end.  

You are commercially minded, solutions-focused and calm under pressure, with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate competing priorities with professionalism and care.
