About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised Administration Officer to take the lead on roster coordination and workforce administration at The Gracewood Centre. You’ll prepare and release rosters, manage shift replacements, maintain the Master Roster, and keep our time and attendance system accurate each day. You’ll also complete timesheet reconciliation, support onboarding and compliance checks, process shift swaps and pay queries, and assist staff with EA and leave-related questions.

Alongside rostering, you’ll provide warm, reliable administrative support across the home — answering enquiries, preparing documents, maintaining office systems, and helping ensure smooth admissions and resident record management. Your work keeps the home running efficiently and supports a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

About You

You’re someone who brings calm, clarity and confidence to a busy environment. You enjoy coordinating moving parts, solving problems and supporting people. You’ll bring:

  • Strong office administration experience

  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills

  • Experience supervising or supporting clerical staff

  • Great communication and customer service

  • Solid numeracy skills and comfort with reconciliations

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Confidence managing conflict and navigating sensitive situations

Highly regarded:

  • Residential Aged Care administration experience

  • Rostering or scheduling experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration
