You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Workplace Relations or Industrial Relations projects, ideally including wage compliance/remediation and enterprise bargaining
- Strong technical understanding of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Proven ability to draw on and coordinate specialist expertise (IR, legal, payroll, systems) to deliver integrated outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with executive leadership and unions
- Strong project leadership capability, with experience managing multiple workstreams, competing priorities and tight timeframes
- Ability to balance technical WR requirements with commercial, operational and people considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex issues into clear and actionable insights
- Experience working in complex, multi-site or highly regulated environments (aged care, health, community services or similar highly regarded)
