We are seeking a Sales Consultant to partner with a Sales Manager to convert enquiry into move in across our Sydney villages. This role balances empathy with commercial focus, supporting customers through considered, often emotional decisions.
This is a full time 6 month maximum term position. Join our team, where your warmth, professionalism, and drive will help empower residents to live life their way across our retirement villages.
What you will do:
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry to reservation, driving conversion
- Deliver engaging village tours and tailored presentations (in-person and virtual)
- Partner with Sales Manager and Sales Hub to progress leads and remove barriers
- Build trust with residents and families through clear, compassionate communication
- Maintain momentum through proactive follow-up in longer decision cycles
- Work across multiple villages and maintain accurate CRM pipeline visibility
