Your Role
Whether it is the warmth in your voice as you answer a phone call, your swift and reliable response to requests, or helping a client with a simple need, you will be the heartbeat of our team. In this full-time, office-based role in Wagga Wagga, your commitment and passion will add to the loving care that empowers our clients to live well.
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience in Office Administration, with outstanding organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience in Home Care Services.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, both written and verbally
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
