At BaptistCare Home Care, we support older Australians to remain safe, independent and connected in their own homes. We’re seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team, supporting clients across Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas.

About your new role: 

As a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare Home Care, you will be supporting clients in Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas, playing a vital role in providing high‑quality care to clients living at home. This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday, offering excellent work–life balance with no night shifts or weekend work. You will ensure care aligns with aged care quality standards while promoting independence, safety, and an improved quality of life. Reporting to the Senior Nurse Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting client assessments and regular reviews
  • Developing and coordinating care plans
  • Delivering and overseeing clinical care in the home
  • Monitoring health outcomes and escalating concerns
  • Educating clients, families and carers
  • Advocating for clients and promoting independence

Travel is part of the role, with reimbursements provided in line with the BaptistCare NSW & ACT Aged Care Enterprise Agreement.

What do we need from you? 

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in acute or aged care
  • Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and Third‑Party Property Damage Insurance
  • Strong communication and clinical judgement
  • Confidence working autonomously in the community
  • Alignment with BaptistCare’s Christian values and mission
