About BaptistCare Warena Centre 

A premier aged care home in the Sutherland Shire located in the bushland suburb of Bangor. Warena Centre is blessed with a welcoming and home-like environment. You can enjoy stunning landscaped gardens and comfortable sitting rooms where you can take in the natural vistas.

The aged care home has both general care rooms and dementia care rooms in our secure memory care centre. All rooms feature ensuites, TV/Phone connection points, heaters, built-in wardrobes and emergency monitoring systems. Warena Centre also contains both individual rooms and companion rooms to cater for couples or those who love to socialise.

About the role

Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care as a casual Registered Nurse, to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares. As an RN you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.

Variety of shifts are on offer. We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $42.85 -$53.74 + super + 25% casual loading/penalties + salary packaging

Skills and experience

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Have experience in a clinical leadership role
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• You are flexible with your working roster
