About the role

Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care as a fixed term part time  (42 hours per fort night) Registered Nurse, working Monday, Tuesday and Saturday (PM shifts) to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares. As an RN you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.

We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $42.85-$53.74 + 11% super + applicable penalties + salary packaging

Skills and experience

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Have experience in a clinical leadership role
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• You are flexible with your working roster

Located in the heart of Prestons, BaptistCare Blue Hills Manor is a welcoming and homely aged care residence, offering 67 single bedrooms. located onsite with BaptistCare Blue Hills Retirement Village.
