About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Balladong Gardens in York, with both permanent full‑time and permanent part‑time roles available.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in supporting residents to live well with dignity, purpose and comfort. You will lead clinical assessments, develop person‑centred care plans and ensure the safe, high‑quality delivery of nursing and allied health services.

You will provide hands‑on clinical care within your scope of practice while guiding and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners. From monitoring changes in health status to implementing evidence‑based best practice, you will be a trusted clinical leader who helps create a safe, nurturing and responsive care environment.

To support our 24/7 care model, you must be available for AM, PM and night shifts.

Offering an hourly rate from $42.30 - $52.16 dependent on experience as a Registered Nurse

About You

You are a compassionate, confident and clinically skilled Registered Nurse who leads with empathy and purpose. You build trust easily, communicate clearly and thrive in a team environment.

You will also bring:

• Tertiary nursing qualifications and current AHPRA registration

• Strong understanding of aged care assessments, care planning and clinical governance

• Knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards and ANACC

• Experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams

• High‑level clinical judgement, problem‑solving and documentation skills

• Ability to work flexibly across AM, PM and night shifts

• A genuine commitment to person‑centred care and resident wellbeing
