About the role

This is your opportunity to step into a role where your clinical leadership truly matters. You will lead clinical assessments, develop and review care plans, support and guide care staff, and ensure safe, evidence‑based practice across the home.

You will work closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing, dignity and independence. Working in a regional setting also means you will enjoy greater autonomy, broader clinical exposure and the chance to build meaningful relationships with the people you support.

About Brookton – regional living with heart

You will enjoy open spaces, friendly neighbours and a quieter pace of life, all while still being within reach of the city.

Working as a registered nurse in a regional town offers:

  • deeper connections with residents and families

  • broader clinical experience and opportunities to expand your skills

  • a supportive, close‑knit team environment

  • a lifestyle that allows you to breathe, grow and enjoy balance

If you are seeking a meaningful career move or a refreshing change of pace, Brookton is a place where you can truly make a difference.

  • Experience in aged care or a genuine interest in the sector

  • The ability to lead, mentor and support care staff

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
