About the Role:
Located at Prestons, Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour, care and support to residents.
As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our Residential Aged Care facility by ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitary, and safe for our residents.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $26.51 - $29.94/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.
Duties include:
- Clean residents’ rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and staff spaces
- Follow cleaning schedules and policies, completing documentation as required
- Maintain infection control and safety standards
About You:
- Previous experience in cleaning and using chemicals
- Ability to work independently and under limited supervision
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Empathy, flexibility and patience with aged people and their needs
