About the role
As a Registered Nurse at Shalom Centre, you will play an essential role in helping residents live with dignity, purpose and meaningful connection. In this casual position, you will deliver high‑quality clinical care, respond to evolving health needs and guide your care team with confidence and respect.
You will work across a range of shifts, including nights when required. Your calm approach and clinical capability will help ensure residents receive exceptional care around the clock.

About you
You are a compassionate and capable clinician who leads with integrity and empathy. You bring strong clinical judgement, clear communication and a genuine commitment to delivering person‑centred care.
To be considered, you will have:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Experience supervising or guiding care teams
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
• Strong assessment, documentation and clinical decision‑making abilities
• The capacity to work within scope, manage priorities and remain steady in changing situations
• Availability to work night duty as part of your casual roster
