About Dorothy Henderson Lodge
Located in Macquarie Park, Dorothy Henderson Lodge is a warm and welcoming aged care home offering 66 general care rooms and 18 secure dementia care rooms. Residents enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens, a chapel, hair salon, library, and inviting communal spaces. The Lodge is part of a vibrant community that includes retirement living and home care services. 

About the Role
As a casual Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centred care that supports residents to live well. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You’ll work within our MyTeam® model, partnering with a consistent group of residents to provide tailored care that honours their dignity and choices.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Current AHPRA registration

• Experience in clinical leadership and team collaboration

• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards

• Excellent communication and emergency response skills

• Effective time management and organisational abilities
