About Mid Richmond Centre

Nestled in the peaceful Richmond Valley, our single‑storey, easy-to-navigate Mid Richmond Centre provides care for 49 residents. Surrounded by calming greenery, the Centre is known for its community feel, warm team culture, and commitment to personalised, compassionate care.

The Role

We are seeking a committed Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care. In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and support to our Care Staff
• Plan, organise, and implement care in line with individual Resident Care Plans
• Maintain professional standards and promote best practice
• Respond effectively in emergency situations
• Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Essential Qualifications & Experience

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 year of post-basic nursing experience
• Experience in a clinical leadership capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Confidence in responding to emergency situations
