Competitive hourly rate from $45.64 to $55.27 + superannuation, penalties and salary packaging benefits, based on your years of RN experience.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Bethshan Gardens Residential Aged Care based in Wyee. Multiple permanent part-time opportunities are available across a variety of AM and PM shifts, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

Available Rosters

Roster 1 – 16 Hours per Fortnight

  • Week 1 & Week 2: Thu (AM) – 6:30AM to 3:00PM

Roster 2 – 30 Hours per Fortnight

  • Week 1: Thu & Mon (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM
  • Week 2: Wed & Mon (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM

Roster 3 – 64 Hours per Fortnight

  • Week 1 & Week 2: Tue, Wed, Thu & Mon (AM) – 6:30AM to 3:00PM

Roster 4 – 30 Hours per Fortnight

  • Week 1: Wed, Thu & Sun (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM
  • Week 2: Thu (PM) – 2:45PM to 10:45PM

About You:

You’re a compassionate, resident‑focused Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and leads with integrity. You bring strong clinical judgement, confidence in managing care needs, and the ability to support others.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience supervising or supporting care teams
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, person‑centred approach
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Ability to prioritise, stay organised and work within your scope
  • Commitment to inclusivity, accountability, compassion and teamwork
