About the Role
We’re seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our caring and committed team at William Carey Court. With two permanent part‑time roles and one casual opportunity, you’ll play a key role in delivering person‑centred care that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.
You’ll lead clinical assessments, develop individualised care plans, respond to changes in resident needs, and ensure safe, evidence‑based practice. Working closely with families, visiting health professionals, and our multidisciplinary team, you’ll help create an environment where residents feel supported, respected, and valued.
Our permanent roles offer consistent fortnightly patterns, while the casual role provides flexibility and the chance to support the team during leave periods.

About You
You’re a compassionate, confident clinician who leads with empathy and professionalism. You bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
-
Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and critical‑thinking skills
-
Experience in aged care and a solid understanding of relevant legislation and standards
-
Knowledge of ANACC and contemporary aged care practices
-
Ability to guide, support, and influence multidisciplinary teams
-
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric approach
-
Confidence using clinical systems and IT applications
-
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to manage changing priorities
