About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, management and delivery of technology and system-related projects across BaptistCare. This role sits within our Information and Digital Team and plays a key role in delivering impactful projects that support organisational transformation and service delivery.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of system selection projects, including requirements gathering for housing systems and community services client management systems. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to business priorities.

This role requires a strong ability to engage, influence and guide stakeholders through change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes, while adhering to enterprise governance frameworks.

About you:

  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Project Management or related discipline, with ideally PMI certification and strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies
  • Extensive experience delivering technology projects from concept through to completion
  • Proven experience leading system selection and implementation projects, including business case development
  • Demonstrated experience working within enterprise PMO environments, adhering to governance frameworks and reporting standards
  • Strong experience in change management within project delivery environments
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners to deliver project outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Sound understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management and resource optimisation

Desirable:

  • Experience within the Not-for-Profit (NFP), housing or community services sectors
  • Familiarity with project tools such as Smartsheet
  • Experience delivering projects within community services or affordable housing environments
