Drive the Marketing Strategy that helps seniors live well and independently – with purpose and impact. We are looking for a commercially minded, passionate and strategic Marketing Manager who can lead, inspire and deliver impactful marketing that drives growth and transforms lives. This is a unique opportunity to blend purpose with performance, leading a team and partnering closely with senior leaders across sales and operations for our Retirement Living portfolio.
Your Role: As the Marketing Manager - Retirement Living, you’ll be a key member of our marketing leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the strategy and supporting the Head of Marketing to drive customer acquisition, enhance our digital presence, improve customer experience, and generate sales inquiriesfor our retirement villages across NSW and ACT. You will lead a team of marketing specialists and work closely with sales, operations and external agencies to deliver measurable impact focusing on stakeholder engagement, marketing planning, lead generation, and brand development. Your efforts will contribute to transforming the lives of Australian seniors and their families.
