About the Role:

As a Carer at BaptistCare, you’ll do more than support daily routines—you’ll help create moments that matter. Working closely with a consistent group of residents, you’ll build meaningful relationships and provide personalised care that respects each individual’s story, preferences, and dignity.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and activities that bring joy and purpose to residents’ lives. Whether it’s a warm smile, a helping hand, or simply listening to a story, your presence will make a real difference. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and empowering environment—supported by a team that values compassion, connection, and continuous learning.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
• Strong communication skills and a caring nature
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn
• Commitment to BaptistCare’s values of Love, Respect, Reliability, and Empowerment
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends and nights
